4th Ecuadorian Dinner, June 18th

Announcement:

Buenos Dias,
Join us for our 4th four-course, traditional Ecuadorian dinner to help me raise money for a semester of high school in Ecuador.

We'll be serving (Let us know about any dietary restrictions):

Ensalada (Salad made from local greens)

Empanadas filled with a flavorful blend of black beans, sweet potato, onion, green peppers and alino, which is a traditional spice blend in Ecuador.

Seco de Pollo (Stewed Chicken) over rice and served with fried plantain

For dessert We're bringing back our delicious Coconut flan!

Suggested $20 donation per seat.
Space is limited to 20.
